What is teeth whitening?

Teeth whitening is a cosmetic beauty treatment that brightens your smile by lightening the natural colour of your teeth. It can reduce discolouration by up to 12 shades. We recommend top-up sessions every 3–12 months, depending on your lifestyle and habits.

How do I book a teeth whitening appointment?

Click ‘BOOK NOW’ on our website and select you desired teeth whitening appointment type. You can also book with us on Instagram or WhatsApp.

How do I book teeth whitening training?

You can book directly through our website at www.smilecreationlab.com, click contact us and fill out the form or via Instagram @smilecreationlab.

NOTE: A £250 deposit is required to secure your space. This will be deducted from the remaining balance, which must be paid in full before your training day.

Where is the training held?

Our teeth whitening training is held in person with your teeth whitening trainer. For online training, please contact us for more information.

What if I can’t make my scheduled training?

Please notify us at info@smilecreationlab.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee being charged from your deposit. You can reschedule up to 3 days before your booked session. Note: Deposits are non-refundable.

I don’t have any qualifications — can I still train and start a business?

Absolutely! Our training is open to anyone 16+, with or without prior experience. SmileCreationLab provides full support, in-depth training, and an accredited certification upon completion.

Product FAQ's

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

International Delivery: 7–16 business days

Can I return my teeth whitening product?

Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

By purchasing, you agree to our no-refund policy, especially if you are unfamiliar with how to use the product. Please only purchase if you’re confident in using it.

What if something happens to my machine or product?

Warranty & Liability:

All laser teeth whitening machines come with a 1-year warranty.

SmileCreationLab is not liable for any misuse or use of equipment outside of our official training and guidelines.

Not covered under warranty:

Power transformer packs

Broken/damaged swan necks from misuse

Cosmetic damage (e.g., carry case, threads)

General wear and tear

Damaged LED bulbs due to poor maintenance

What to do if there’s an issue:

Report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item via email.

Do not accept the package if visibly damaged on arrival take photos/videos and contact us immediately.

Allow up to 48 hours for our warranty team to inspect and respond.

❗ Please note:

We cannot troubleshoot or process issues via phone. All faults must be logged via email for proper tracking.

Do not email or call repeatedly within 48 hours — this can cause delays or lost records.

Who pays for return delivery of faulty items?

SmileCreationLab does not cover postage costs for faulty items. We are also not responsible for transit-related damages caused by couriers. We aim to resolve machine issues within 2–7 working days, but repair times may vary depending on the nature of the fault.
